Making new disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
Priscilla Circle
Who are we?
We are a sub-group of the United Methodist Women who meet to pray, study the Bible, interact with each other, contribute to society and sponsor the Women's Prayer Breakfast.
What do we do?
Some of the projects we do during the year are:
          - prepare kits for the Festival of Sharing
          - purchase school supplies and donate to Xenia Community Schools
          - participate in the World Thank Offering and Prayer and Self-Denial offering
          - purchase and give gifts to residents of Hospitality Home as well as our "shut-in" friends
          - help with set-up for the annual Mother-Daughter Banquet
          - prepare and serve meals at the Caring Place
          - share the money we earn from the Prayer Breakfast with the groups in the church/community
When and where do we meet?
We meet the third Monday of each month from August thru May at 7:00 P.M. in the Faith Community United Methodist Parlor.  Each month we have devotions and a program, sometimes by a guest speaker.  We welcome women who would like to join our group.
